There is a standard one-month security deposit (based on the base rental price of your unit). We’ll refund the deposit after you move out.
Choose one of our flexible payment options. Pay by cash, company check, bank transfer or with a credit card (we now accept both domestic and foreign credit cards!). Also, if you are traveling outside of Shanghai for awhile and have a PayPal account, make your rent payments online.
Tenant Insurance is available! You now have the option to purchase insurance for the contents of your unit. Please call us at 400–720–LOVE (5683) for more details.
