Pick-up & Delivery Service
If you need help getting your belongings to our facility or back, we can help. Through our partnership with AGS Four Winds, you’ll get the flexibility of choosing affordable pick-ups & deliveries, with or without packing service.
In addition, we now offer Pick-Up & Delivery service for ALL unit sizes and volumes. So whether you have just a few boxes or a whole apartment full of furniture, you can choose a pick-up option that best fits your needs and at a reasonable price.
Pick-up & Delivery service can be scheduled Monday through Sunday, between 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM (depending on availability). Please allow at least 48 hours notice to schedule a pick-up/delivery.

If you’re unsure of your volume, you can request a home estimation visit. Just give us a call at 400 – 720 – LOVE (5683) to arrange. Estimation is based on actual volumes of the items. Since some irregularly-shaped items require bigger storage volume than actual volume, the estimated volume may differ from the actual storage volume required.
Please note there will be additional charges in the following situations:
- When there are staircases (more than 3 floors), unusually heavy items and/or difficult access points at the pick-up/delivery location, the additional charge is 50 RMB per cubic meter.
- For pick-ups or deliveries on public holidays there will be an additional charge of 100 RMB per moving staff involved in the pick-up.
- For pick-ups or deliveries occurring outside of our normal pick-up/delivery times, there will be an additional charge of up to 500 RMB.
- Pick-up & Delivery service includes only one-way service from the pick-up location to a single destination/drop-off point. If there are additional stops, there will be additional fees (to be determined by AGS).
