Pick-up & Delivery Service
If you need help getting your belongings to our facility or back, we can help. Through our partnership with AGS Four Winds, you’ll get the flexibility of choosing affordable pick-ups & deliveries, with or without packing service.
In addition, we now offer Pick-Up & Delivery service for ALL unit sizes and volumes. So whether you have just a few boxes or a whole apartment full of furniture, you can choose a pick-up option that best fits your needs and at a reasonable price.
Pick-up & Delivery service can be scheduled Monday through Sunday, between 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM (depending on availability). Please allow at least 48 hours notice to schedule a pick-up/delivery.

If you’re unsure of your volume, you can request a home estimation visit. Just give us a call at 400 – 720 – LOVE (5683) to arrange. Estimation is based on actual volumes of the items. Since some irregularly-shaped items require bigger storage volume than actual volume, the estimated volume may differ from the actual storage volume required.
Please note there may be additional charges in the following situations:
- For staircases (no elevator access) and/or difficult access points at the pick-up/delivery location (such as a long distance between the building and truck loading area).
- Unusually heavy items.
- For pick-ups or deliveries on public holidays or outside of the normal pick-up/delivery times (normal pick-up/delivery times are Monday through Sunday, 9:00am - 5:00pm).
- Where disassembly/reassembly service is needed.
- Where handyman services are needed (e.g. for removing an air conditioning unit or transporting items that need special care such as pianos).
- Pick-up & Delivery price above includes only one-way service from the pick-up location to a single destination/drop-off point. If there are additional stops, there will be additional fees (to be determined by AGS).
