Pick-up & Delivery Service
If you need help getting your belongings to our facility or back, we can help. Through one of our preferred vendors you’ll get the flexibility of choosing affordable pick-ups & deliveries, with or without packing service.
Below is a list of the transportation companies that we work with and the specific person whom you can contact to get a quotation. Feel free to give them a call directly for a quote or if you'd like, we'd be happy to assist with scheduling the pick-up/delivery for you. Just call us toll-free at 400-720-5683 (LOVE) or 5609 8656 (if calling locally from Shanghai).
Normal Pick-up & Delivery service can be scheduled Monday through Friday*, between 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM (depending on availability). Please check the chart below for minimum time required for booking.

Estimation is based on actual volumes of the items. Since some irregularly-shaped items require bigger storage volume than actual volume, the estimated volume may differ from the actual storage volume required.
Please note there may be additional charges in the following situations:
- For staircases (no elevator access) and/or difficult access points at the pick-up/delivery location (such as a long distance between the building and truck loading area).
- Unusually heavy items.
- For pick-ups or deliveries on public holidays or outside of the normal pick-up/delivery times (normal pick-up/delivery times are Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm).
- Where disassembly/reassembly service is needed.
- Where handyman services are needed (e.g. for removing an air conditioning unit or transporting items that need special care such as pianos).
- Pick-up & Delivery price above includes only one-way service from the pick-up location to a single destination/drop-off point. If there are additional stops, there will be additional fees (to be determined by the transportation company).
